My Wedding Band
Tis' but the ring you wear, my love
As I do... Hand in hand
Speaks of a love so beautiful
Sweet nature couldn't have planned
Of desires sweet of years to come
Of the past we built together
Sings songs of dreams I've held within
That I'll share with you forever
And when the tide is rough my love
I look down to that ring
I twirl it once and see those diamonds
Set in gold........Sparkling
Oh such a sight.. So beautiful
Set here upon my hand
Desires deep inside my heart
Hope in my wedding band
Like vows said fair few years ago
So sweet these words are true
'I place this ring, upon your hand...
I give my heart, in whole, to you'
