i thought we were in love

and you were sent from above

then you told me about her

 

i thought of the magic we had

it made me feel so darn sad

i wanted to go back to where we were

 

when i met you

and look into those eyes of royal blue

i tried to hold back the tears

 

But there were too many fears

of what would happen

to you and I

would i always just sit there and sigh?

 

Before i knew it time few by

But in my heart and head were the memories we had
